My Hard Drive Fell On The Floor

I took it apart and connected to computer with sata and no joy.

My hard drive fell on the floor. I wiped my computer to put windows 7 on it and while trying to transfer my files back to my pc my my book fell on the floor. Please help it has all my personal data since 16 years ago and i don t have any back up also there is no approved data recovery service in my country. No beeping sound or clicking.
