No Air Blowing From Floor Or Defrost Vents On Corolla

Hi have a 98 ram 1500 4x4 5 2l.
No air blowing from floor or defrost vents on corolla. All other vents blow at all times wether it s on defrost floor or dash they. Have a 2009 corolla and believe i need to replace the outlet servo control motor. Air output servo motor. The actuator is connected to little vacuum hoses that attach to the temperature control switch.
2009 corolla blowing air out of all vents except center dash. The side vents and the feet blow strong. No read more. Need help fixing my ac heater that does not blow out any air through the center vents or out the windshield area.
Jeep ac blows cold air at defrost and feet but not through vents. Air only appears to blow out of defrost vents at windshield when vent is selected. I just bought a new climate control box and installed it but it did not fix the problem. The light behind the blower speed knob also does not illuminate.
The dash vents open and close when selecting options. All the air comes out of the defrost vents but none comes out of the front. You need to see if the mode door actuator is. It only comes from the dash and it gets very hot.
And you can adjust how much air and the temperature as well still. My car has an automatic transmission. The flap is controlled by a vacuum actuator. It also seems like cold air is coming.
2009 corolla blowing air out of all vents. The factory vacuum check valve is very hard to get to. My 07 rav4 will not blow heat out of the floor or defrost vent. There is a flap that directs the air.
The reason i believe this is that it will only blow out of the defrost vents and floor. So today my wife s terrain decided to stop blowing air out of the front 4 vents. Either the flap is stuck or the actuator has gone bad. My issue is that no air is blowing from dash vents when vent is selected.
The air no matter what setting its on with the exception of off is blowing through all other vents. To clarify the center dash does not blow air period no matter what setting. This is located inside the venting. So i bypassed it.
After installing a new blower fan motor the ac would only come out the defrost vents. The air and heat work fine.
