No floor heat 2012 jeep liberty. I own a 2008 jeep liberty and the heater works but will not blow the air to the feet nor to the back on the floor. At this point the blower motor blows air across the it and the newly heated air blows on to the driver and passengers. From what my repair guy said he could see the gears are not stripped but they are n. How the heater works at the simplest level possible the heater works by passing hot coolant from the engine into a tiny radiator called the heater core.
